Welcome to our clinic

First, thank you for choosing THINK Chiropractic & Wellness Centre.  We look forward to having a chance to get to know you better.  What we would like to advise you of, before your first visit to our office, is how to find us, our fee structure and what to expect the first time you meet one of our doctors, the registered massage therapist or the registered holisitic nutritionist.

 

Our office is located at 2025 William O'Connell Blvd, Burlington, ON  L7M 4E4. 

 

DIRECTIONS:

FROM NORTH WEST BURLINGTON:

  • Follow Walkers Line South from Dundas to the lights at Upper Middle

  • Left onto Upper Middle Road and follow to the next set of lights, William O'Connell Blvd.

  • Left onto William O'Connell and immediately right into the plaza on your right

  • THINK Chiropractic & Wellness Centre is located directly beside the RBC bank in the south end of the plaza

 

FROM NORTH EAST BURLINGTON:

  • Follow Appleby Line South from Dundas to the lights at Upper Middle

  • Right onto Upper Middle Road and follow through to the third set of lights, William O'Connell Blvd

  • Right onto William O'Connell and immediately right into the plaza on your right

  • THINK Chiropractic & Wellness Centre is located directly beside the RBC bank in the south end of the plaza

 

FROM SOUTH WEST BURLINGTON/QEW WEST:

  • Take the Appleby Line North exit from the QEW West and follow north to Upper Middle Road

  • Left onto Upper Middle Road and follow through to the third set of lights, William O'Connell Blvd.

  • Right onto William O'Connell and immediately right into the plaza on your right

  • THINK Chiropractic & Wellness Centre is located directly beside the RBC bank in the south end of the plaza

 

FROM SOUTH EAST BURLINGTON/QEW EAST:

  • Take the Walkers Line North exit from the QEW East and follow north to Upper Middle Road

Our fee structure is set up as follows:

 

CHIROPRACTIC CARE

  • The first visit for chiropractic adjustments is billed (and covered by most insurance plans) as an INITIAL VISIT

  • The second and subsequent chiropractic adjustments are billed as TREATMENTS

  • Our chiropractors will complete a "Treatment Plan" for you which will outline what their recommendations are for the first several weeks/months of your chiropractic care. They will provide a copy of this to you for your reference when you come in for your second appointment.  There are will be three options outlined to you at that time.

  • If you are a senior or are a student then please let us know as our chiropractic fee structure is set up to be adjusted based on this information.

 

MASSAGE THERAPY

  • Our massage therapy appointments are billed in 30 minute, 45 minute, 60 minute or 90 minute increments, based upon the length of your scheduled appointment. - this service is currently not available

NATUROPATHY

FIRST VISIT NOTES:

  • please note the first visit is approximately 60-90 minutes in duration

  • during this appointment Dr. Lesley will go through the Health History form you have completed

  • please bring with you a list of  any medications and/or supplements you are taking

  • if possible, please also bring any recent bloodwork results 

  • the first appointment is primarily for information and history gathering

  • a small treatment is possible with your first appointment but your second visit will be when you receive your full treatment plan


SECOND VISIT NOTES:

  • the second visit is typically 60 minutes in length

  • this is the appointment where you will be given your full treatment plan (think today, tomorrow, next month and next year!!)

SUBSEQUENT VISITS:

  • the length and frequency will depend on your personal treatment plan

 

HOLISTIC NUTRITION

  • Our holistic nutritionist appointments are initially created as either a 2-visit or 8-visit package with subsequent visits offered at a discounted hourly rate.  If you are not certain as to what the holistic nutritionist offers or can help you with then perhaps you would benefit with first coming in to see her for a FREE 15-minute consultation.
